Richmond police have arrested Dustin Hess at the Richmond bus terminal without incident. Hess was
wanted in connection with an arson that destroyed several storage units at a AAAA storage facility in Virginia Beach.
Once Mr. Hess arrived in Richmond, he was arrested for two charges of felony arson. He is currently being held in
Richmond City jail awaiting transportation by Virginia Beach sheriffs to the Virginia Beach Correctional Facility where additional charges are pending.
Virginia Beach fire investigators have also charged 22-year-old Joshua Hutchins of Virginia Beach with arson in the blaze.
