Our three woman test team started off confident and raring to go!

One day later they are consuming this face lift in the fridge with a bit of an aftertaste.

"The tuna was pretty bland," says Mary Beth, "Even with those two cups of romaine lettuce thrown in for good measure."

Chris Schwab was so enthusiastic on day one she practically danced through the grocery store aisles.

"The diet actually calls for broccoli, spinach or asparagus, but I love asparagus."

What's not to love? The food plan calls for fresh vegetables, fruits, poultry and fish high in protein

But too much of a good thing too often is tough

Day after day, the team members open their fridge to the same food and beverage choices.

Wake up to 8 to 12 ounces of spring water.

"It's forcing me to drink water which I should be doing anyway," says Mary Beth.

The diet plan calls for water with every meal64 ounces each day.

The breakfast menu is plentiful, but predictable.

"Four egg whites and one full egg and then you have your oatmeal and your cantaloupe and your berries."

The lunch and dinner menu don't vary much, 4 to 6 ounces of grilled salmon or tuna, 2 cups of leafy romaine lettuce and 4 ounces of melon and berries.

It's all good but it's giving our test team a good case of withdrawal.

"Oh my breads," says Dee Dee. "I usually have a bagel in the morning and I can't have that."

We asked each of the team members to keep a food diary on the experiment that outlined not only what they ate, but how it made them feel.

"I enjoyed my melon and strawberries later when I took my boys to lunch," says Mary Beth. "But I sure would have enjoyed those Wendy's French fries they were eating a whole lot more."

Part of the challenge for our test team was to go about their business day filled with meetings and business appointments with a packed lunch.

Around the clock they were sticking to the food plan. By day three Chris hit a wall, she simply couldn't consume the suggested afternoon snack.

"I stayed away from that because it was making me a little nauseous and I had a tough time with that."

Did we lose Chris from the team?

And what are the results after three days of this face lift food plan?

Tomorrow night, the results up close and personal.
