Norfolk police are looking for 24-year-old Brandon Deshawn Bethea in connection with an early-morning shooting in the Freemason Street parking garage.
Police say Bethea got into a verbal altercation with the two victims that escalated to shots being fired. One of the victims received non-life threatening wounds, the other is in critical but stable condition at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
Bethea is 5'4", 150 lbs, with short cut hair and a goatee. Bethea is known to frequent the South Norfolk section of Chesapeake and the Norview section of Norfolk.
