Around 12 a.m. Monday Hampton Police responded to a shooting in the 100 block of Michigan Drive.
Officers, along with members of the Hampton Fire and Rescue Division, arrived on scene and found a man and woman suffering from gunshot wounds inside the home. Medics pronounced them both dead at the scene.
The investigation revealed that the man shot the woman and then shot himself while both were inside the home.
The suspect has been identified as 34-year-old Antoine Larosa Fulgham of Hampton, who resides in the 100 block of Michigan Drive. The victim has been identified as 28-year-old Charlene Stephany Scott of Hampton, who resides in the 100 block of Michigan Drive.
