Marcus Vick will serve 30 days in jail for a probation violation conviction instead of the 20 he was originally sentenced to.
In August Vick was found in violation of his probation following convictions for DUI, eluding a police officer and driving on the wrong side of a divided highway.
Vick had appealed the August conviction, but pleaded no contest in today's hearing and was sentenced to 12 months in jail with 11 months suspended.
Vick will be allowed to serve his time on weekends and was given a date to report to the Norfolk City Jail.
