NEWPORT NEWS—
Pastor Thurman Leonard, 48, of Restoration and Faith Ministry in Newport News appeared in Juvenile Domestic and Relations Court this morning.Newport News Police arrested Leonard after a dispute with a woman in his family at a home on Summerville Ct. in Virginia Beach last Thursday.
He has been charged with assault and battery, felony abduction, and damaging a phone line at the Virginia Beach home.
A judge has granted him a $25,000 bond.
