Family members and friends of Demetris Edens and Darren Wilson were at city hall Tuesday to continue fighting for answers

The two men were shot and killed by Portsmouth police during a drug bust in Chesapeake last April.

Last week the commonwealth's attorney in Chesapeake cleared the police officers involved from any charges, saying the officers were justified in using deadly force.

Nancy Parr ruled that the officers were justified in using deadly force to protect themselves.

These families say that answer isn't good enough: raising the question: why the officers had to fire a total of 15 shots.

Prosecutors say Edens tried running over the officers with his car and wouldn't stop.

Today their family members say they will not stop until they get answers, even if it takes rallying every single week.
