Ryan T. Earley
Ryan T. Earley, 24, of the 3500 block of Cedar Lane was arrested on June 25 on two counts of Using a Communication System to Facilitate Certain Offenses Involving Children and one count of Indecent Liberties.
The arrest followed a joint investigation by the Virginia Beach Police Department, the Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office, and the Naval Criminal Investigative Service.
Officials say that on two different occasions Earley solicited a person whom he believed to be a minor for sexual activity as well as allowed the supposed minor to view his genitals via a webcam.
Earley was also arrested for additional offenses that took place in Spotsylvania County.
