V-DOT is asking folks who drive over the Berkley Bridge for their feedback about the new scheduled bridge lifts.
Last month V-DOT did away with all unscheduled lifts and only stopped traffic during non-rush hour times.
Now they want your input about the decision - or they may go back to doing bridge lifts the old way - anytime a ship needs to pass underneath.
V-DOT says the new lift schedule isn't just reducing the number of driver headaches. They estimate that the average 15-minute delay costs drivers $22,000 in lost time.
So if you want the lifts to stay on a schedule - or if you have a different take - you need to let V-DOT know.
