According to Norfolk dispatch, there have been reports of a gunshot victim in Tidewater Gardens.
They say a victim was found near the intersection of Tidewater Dr. and Holt Street.
Calls came in at 6:05 p.m.
The victim, they say, is suffering from a gunshot wound to the shoulder.
No other information has been released.
