Williamsburg, Va. – Williamsburg police are looking for a man last seen at his home in the 1000 block of West Gate Circle on October 10.
Coto Mullen is 30 years old, 5’11 in height, weighs approximately 283 pounds, has short hair and has a dark complexion.
He was last seen wearing gray sweats.
Police say Mullen has some medical and mental issues, which is why there is a concern for his safety.
