55 year-old Steven L. Freeman
PORTSMOUTH, Va. – Police have found 55 year-old Steven L. Freeman who was missing on Wednesday and in need of medication.
Freeman was found safe and unharmed.
Detectives were very concerned for Freeman’s well being because he suffers from several medical conditions that require medication, which he did not have with him
