CHESAPEAKE, Va. – According to the fire department, a fire damaged a mobile home in the 2700 block of Ike Street Monday night.
Crews arrived on scene just after 9:30 p.m. and found the mobile home fully involved in a fire, causing the home to be a total loss.
Four residents are displaced and they are receiving aid from the Red Cross.
The cause of the fire has been determined to be from unattended cooking.
