CHESAPEAKE, Va. – The Virginia State Police is seeking public assistance in identifying a suspect in a highway shooting.
The incident occurred on I-64 at the High Rise Bridge in Chesapeake Tuesday afternoon.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the eastbound bridge house was struck by one bullet.
No injuries were reported and there is no information at this time on a suspect or a suspect vehicle.
Police are looking for any potential witnesses that were in the vicinity of I-64 east or westbound around 2 p.m. Tuesday.
