NORFOLK, Va. — A vehicle that was reported stolen in Virginia Beach ended up partially submerged in the Lafayette River in Norfolk on Tuesday.
According to officials, officers were called about the abandoned car near the Virginia Zoo in the 200 block of La Valette Ave. around 6:30 a.m.
Police say the car was reported stolen on Monday and that it has been removed from the river.
