ELIZABETH CITY, NC. — The Pasquotank County Sheriff’s Office said Sunday it had located 55-year-old Jerry Ray Bateman.
He had last been seen in the 200 block of Mill Street in Elizabeth City around 12:30 a.m. Sunday morning.
