According to MyFox8.com, police said a 17-year-old died and another teenager has been charged after a street racing accident Sunday in Charlotte, NC.
Authorities said two cars were racing at around 1:30 a.m. in the city’s east side. One of the drivers, 18-year-old Javier Juarez-Cruz, lost control of a Ford Expedition and flipped, officials said.
