The Great Wolf Lodge is about to be under new management.
Two companies have been in a bidding war for the Williamsburg resort and its 10 sister parks.
Now a private equity firm, Apollo, has raised its offer and Great Wolf says its board has approved it.
The deal should be complete at the beginning of next month.
