In Suffolk, folks are taking action  to raise money for the American Diabetes Association.
They and many others took part in a bike ride called the “Tour de Cure.” It kicked off at King’s Fork High School.
People then pedaled anywhere from ten to one-hundred miles.
Everyone who rode raised at least $175.
The “Tour de Cure” is held nationwide.
According to their website, last year, 55,000 cyclists raised $18 million dollars.
