A Virginia Beach woman won't be spending any more time in jail for wrestling a wig store employee while trying to steal some hair from Ace Beauty and Wigs on Holland Road.
Shanice Bunton was sentenced to time already served today.
Last May, Bunton and a man had a toddler with them when they tried to run out of the store with a wig.
An employee wrestled them and was hit in the face.
Bunton is not allowed in the store and has to be on good behavior for the next three years.
