Virginia Beach police say a pothole caused an 8-vehicle crash on Indian River Road this morning right at the Interstate-64 onramp.
Police say a motorcycle hit a pothole and lost control, the car behind him slammed on the brakes to avoid hitting him and a total of 8 cars rear-ended each other.
One driver went to the hospital with neck pain.
