A Portsmouth football coach is not going to jail after being found guilty of sex crimes with a student.

Today, Cedric Cradle was ordered to pay $2, 500.

He was convicted of taking indecent liberties with a minor.

Last Valentine's Day, a school resource officer saw Cradle take a 16-year-old girl off campus.

The girl later said she had sex with the football coach.

The judge said Cradle won't have to spend any additional time in jail.
