In Franklin, five rescued American Bulldog puppies have all died from Parvo.

Police charged their owner, Tyrece Scott, with animal cruelty last week.

They say he kept the puppies in an 85 degree shed without food or water.

A neighbor complained about a bad smell and whining dogs.

That's when Animal Control found the puppies in the shed, walking around in their own feces.

Scott is due in court May 7, 2012.
