Fire investigators arrested a man for allegedly setting his neighbor's house on fire.
Joshua Rambo is charged with arson.
Investigators say he set a house on fire on Meredith Road in the Shelton Park neighborhood at around 2:30 Thursday morning.
Rambo had a previous arson conviction from February.
Officials aren't saying anything about why he set the fire.
