At least one lane of I-264 East will be closed at Frederick Blvd. in Portsmouth for several hours. A crash in the Westbound lanes have damaged the Jersey wall.
Nora Shivers, VDOT spokesperson, says repairs will take some time.
There is no word on injuries.
