According to a report on WTVR.com, University of Richmond graduates held a silent protest at commencement in protest of Governor McDonnell’s legislative actions and ideologies.
Governor McDonnell was in Richmond as the main speaker at the U of R spring commencement.
The school says about 730 people graduated.
