Hampton police say they have arrested the suspect in a deadly shooting.
Police say 25-year-old Chaz Earp is charged in the death of 30-year-old Aaron Archer.
The shooting happened last month on Shelton Road and Pembroke Avenue.
Police say Earp shot Archer after he and his friend confronted Earp about a stolen car.
Earp is charged with murder and the use of a firearm by a convicted felon.
