Police are looking for 43-year-old Mark Hedspeth and 42-year-old Maria Planelles.
Chesapeake police say both were charged with possession of methamphetamine in November of 2010.
Now, Hedspeth and Planelles are also wanted for contempt of court for skipping out on a court appearance.
