A 28-year-old man has been shot and killed in Newport News.
It happened around 11 p.m. Thursday night just off Colony Road.
Police say the 28-year-old man was found on the sidewalk outside of Colony Square Apartments.
He had been shot several times - including in the head.
Witnesses told police they saw four people leave in a green van right after the shooting.
