Right Now: Virginia State Police (Eastern Shore) are working a two vehicle head on crash with serious injuries on Route 175 at Chincoteague Road in Accomack County.
Police say a State Trooper arrived on the crash scene at approximately 10:00 A.M. and called for assistance.
Accomack fire and rescue are en route.
