Newport News police have charged an 18-year-old with shooting into a home.
Police believe Paris Stanback was targeting the woman who was inside the home.
It happened Tuesday afternoon on Christine Court.
The woman wasn’t hurt. A 17-year-old who was with Stanback was also arrested.
