The person who knocked down and stole money orders from a 69-year-old woman turned herself in to police last night. She is 22-year-old Shalai Tyler.

We also showed surveillance video from the Solo Mart on Marshall Avenue.
Police say Tyler waited in line and watched as Winifield bought her money orders.
Moments later, police say Tyler stole them.
Police say Tyler surrendered after seeing herself on the news.
