The city of Portsmouth announces that the right lane of the Frederick Boulevard northbound lanes will be closed between the railroad tracks and Turnpike Road from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. on June 18, 19, and 20.
The right lane will close each evening at 9 p.m. and will reopen each morning at 5 a.m. in order for Columbia Gas to continue gas line relocation work.
The left lane is expected to remain open to vehicles during the work.
