A man has been arrested after a resident saw him exposing himself in the parking lot of an apartment complex.
Police say Jose Daniel Pacheco-Guillen, was seen by a resident at Heritage Trace Apartments, located at the first block of Heritage Way. The resident saw Pacheco-Guillen exposing himself while masturbating in his vehicle in the apartment complex parking lot.
Jose Pacheo-Guillen, age 42, of the 100 block of Heritage Way was arrested for indecent exposure and masturbating in public.
