According to Norfolk Police Department Spokesperson Chris Amos, Norfolk police are now investigating after a body was found floating in the water in the 400 block of Mowbray Arch near the Chrysler Museum of Art.
The body has been identified as a man, police say. The death has been ruled as accidental.
The man's identity has not yet been released.
