First responders are competing against each other in rescue drills on board the USS Yorktown.
Competitors from California, Louisiana, Texas, and South Carolina are showing off their rope rescue ability and emergency medical skills in Charleston.
The competition is hosted by the International Rescue and Emergency Care Association.
