Norfolk police say two men were found dead in a home in the 500 block of Sycamore Street on Monday night.
Police have identified the victims as 42-year-old Marcel Russell and 46-year-old Christopher Alexander.
Norfolk Police Spokesperson Chris Amos tells NewsChannel 3 the case has been determined to be a double homicide. The cause of death has been determined to be gunshot wounds.
Police say this brings the number of homicide victims to 20 for the year, so far.
Calls came in at 8:30 p.m. on Monday night.
