LEXINGTON, Va.(WTVR) – One group’s fight to fly the Confederate flag in one part of the Commonwealth is not over.
The Associated Press reports the Virginia chapter of the Sons of Confederate Veterans will fight a judge’s recent decision to dismiss their lawsuit.
Lawyers with the Charlottesville-based Rutherford Institute will appeal to the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond.
