INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — Many across the country under the hot umbrella of this year’s historic drought can relate to Tim Birdwell’s problem. His green grass, starved of rain, turned ugly.
“It was brown, it was dead, sun-scorched, just a horrible lawn,” he said in an interview with FOX59.
