Jul 17 (TheWrap.com) – Amanda Plummer just grabbed a ticket to Panem.
The off-beat character actress will bring her kooky charm to “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire,” Lionsgate said Tuesday.
Plummer, best known for playing a sweaty hold-up crook in “Pulp Fiction” and the object of Robin Williams’ affections in “The Fisher King,” will portray Wiress. In the book, her untraditional approach leads the fellow tributes to give her the nickname “Nuts.”
