Urban Outfitters is almost open for business in Downtown Norfolk.
The grand opening is Thursday morning on Granby Street.
It's where the Time Lounge was located.
The building's owner, Bobby Wright, spent ten years trying to get Urban Outfitters to Norfolk.
The deal was sweetened when city council agreed to fund an $880, 000 performance grant to help attract Urban Outfitters.
