Norfolk fire investigators say they've found the man who set off a bottle bomb Wednesday morning.
They worked with Norfolk police to arrest Perry Baldridge.
The fire marshals say people in a house on Woronoca Avenue woke up to a loud bang around 4 a.m. Wednesday morning.
When they looked outside, they found debris on their porch.
Police and the fire marshal arrested Baldridge later that day. They charged him with making and having an explosive device.
