Norfolk, Va.–Norfolk police have arrested Devin Stephon Walker of the 700 block of A Avenue for a homicide that occurred on July 22, 2012 in the 400 block of Nicholson Street.
He has been charged with murder, felonious assault, shooting or stabbing in the commission of a felony, possess, transport firearms by convicted felons, use or display firearm in the commission of a felony and conspiracy to commit a felony.
The victim was identified as Brashawn Darryl-Lee Davis Sr.
Walker is in jail without bond.
