Police need help to identify a woman who they say used another person’s credit card to go on a shopping spree.
The victim told police she was shopping at the Walmart on Lynnhaven Parkway.
Her purse was in the basket section of her shopping cart, and she says several women approached her and started a conversation which distracted her.
That’s when police think her card was swiped.
