According to Dominion Virginia Power officials, power has been restored to all customers following an outage Tuesday morning.
This morning, crews have responded to a power outage in the Western Branch area.
Officials say the outage is affected city traffic lights, residences, and businesses – located around Portsmouth Boulevard and Taylor Road.
It is unknown at this time what caused the outage.
