Posted

The man accused of murder on the Outer Banks will appear in an Ohio courtroom tomorrow morning.

The business at hand--whether Nate Summerfield will waive extradition back to North Carolina or fight it.

If he decides to waive it, he could be back in Dare County quickly.

Evidence in the case against Summerfield will be presented to a grand jury next month.

He's accused of killing Lynn Jackenheimer on the 4th of July weekend.
