On Friday morning, there was a structural fire on W. Ocean View Ave. in Norfolk. A firefighter was transported for heat exhaustion. Officials are now calling the fire suspicious.

Crews say the building was unoccupied and had no power.
One resident who was having a hard time breathing was also transported.
Owners say they were having trouble with squatters.
None of the other 14 units in the complex had any damage according to initial reports.
