Devon Robbins has been indicted for concealing a dead body according to our partners at the Daily Press.
In May of last year, police say Robbins' boyfriend found the baby boy's remains in a storage shed.
The shed was next to their apartment on Woodbridge Drive in the Denbigh area.
Robbins was arrested in September.
Officials still haven't said whether the baby was born alive.
Robbins' trial is scheduled for October.
