As of 9:58 a.m., Tuesday, August 21, 2012, one fatality has been confirmed in an accident that happened on Oceana Boulevard and Bells Road.
Virginia Beach police say this morning, crews responded to a three car accident in the 900 block of Oceana Boulevard and the 1300 block of Bells Road. The accident resulted in serious injuries. One person has been pronounced dead.
