A Suffolk man has been arrested in the death of a man in Virginia Beach.
Suffolk police arrested 23-year-old Lennell Skeeter. He is charged with voluntary manslaughter in the death of Samuel Dawkins.
Police say it happened just before 1 a.m. on Saturday, outside of a Virginia Beach nightclub.
